Cornwall Council granted full detailed planning permission for construction of a replacement dwelling and garage (Ref.PA24/05295) at 1 Moondarra, The Crescent, West Looe, PL13 2DL on 3rd February 2025.

The application was for a self-build so there is no CIL Liability Notice, and due to the offset from the existing dwelling and garages any interested party should make and rely upon their own enquiries regarding CIL.
