Each plot buyer will work with an appointed architect to create their perfect internal layout and to produce the working drawings. Buyers will also fully specify all internal features including kitchen, flooring, sanitary ware, etc. After the plot is purchased, the house will be constructed by the approved main contractor under a fully fixed price JCT build contract. All work can be overseen by an independent surveyor and all payments for the build will be made monthly in arrears.
